Astro Skate DJs

Don

Don is our Head DJ, and has been DJing since 2004. He began DJing after joining Astro Skate, and now suprevises all of our in-house and mobile DJs. He also works as one of our mobile DJs.

The largest event he's DJed for was an Astro Skate party that drew 1,000 people. Don is also one of our most skillful wedding DJs.

For skaters, his favorite types of music to play are Electro and Freestyle, and he especially likes Hip-Hop remixes of songs.

In his free time, he likes to listen to Metallica.

Andrea

Andrea has been DJing since 2004, and DJs exclusively for Astro Skate. She works hard to choose music that will make everybody want to get up and skate, and she especially enjoys playing jam skate music.

She likes to involve all skaters by organizing games, or by turning out the lights and playing a hit song. She also enjoys playing older music specifically for jam skaters.

The largest group Andrea has DJed for was about 600 people, at one of Astro Skate's all-night skate parties.

Steph

Steph has been DJing since 2007, when she started playing music for Astro Skate. While she'll play all genres of music, her favorite is Jam Skate music.

The largest group Steph's DJed for, so far, is about 400 skaters. To get people skating, she will start a light show, and find a hot song.

In her free time, she listens to Alternative, Jam Skate, and Hip-Hop.

Sean

One of Astro Skate's most popular DJs, Sean has been DJing since 2005. He started DJing when his brother-in-law, who is also a DJ, took him to a gig. Since then, DJing has been Sean's passion. He will play any style, and he especially loves the rhythms of jam skate music.

Sean also DJs independently, and works at all types of events. The largest group he's ever played for was around 600 people. At Astro Skate, he likes to get everybody involved by playing games, or by turning out the lights and playing a hit song.

When not DJing, he likes to listen to Rock, especially Creed.

Samantha

Samantha has been DJing since 2007, when she started DJing for Astro Skate. She DJs exclusively for Astro Skate, and enjoys using her bubbly peronality to make people feel excited about skating.

She enjoys playing all types of music, as well as organizing games and other fun activities for skaters. The largest event she's DJed for was at Astro Skate, and had about 400 people.

When she not DJing, she likes to listen to everything from Hip-Hop, to Classical, to Country.
